Two incredible people joined forces with one idea, “Let’s bring European workspace design to the US”.
And just like that, Thinkspace was born.
Founded by Mark Bailey, a furniture wunderkind and Anjul Chandi a food/drink, health & beauty marketing guru, Thinkspace began in 2018. The trend of open floorplans with pops of privacy was just starting to arrive in the US. Mark & Anjul, based in the United Kingdom, had relationships with high-design, privacy booth manufacturers in Europe. They decided to nurture the right relationships and bring the product overseas to the United States.
Very quickly they learned they were on to something great. So great, they decided to implement a stocking program elevating sales to a new level.
Today, Thinkspace is aligned with 3 European brands serving the work space, meet space and wellness space.

Mark Bailey
Principal, Founder
Co-founded Thinkspace, bringing over 30 years of experience in the furniture industry. Successfully founded and drove growth of two international furniture dealers Bene and By Bailey, and now focusing on bringing Hushoffice to the US. Believes that life should be enjoyed, and brings this ideal to Thinkspace.

Anjul Chandi
Principal, CEO
Co-founded Thinkspace, creating and activating the business vision in the US market. Loves connecting with good people, making good business, and having fun while doing so! Lives by the motto work hard, play hard. Previous experience across various industries, including health and beauty and FMCG.

Sid Meadows
Principal, Vice President
Entrepreneur, business strategist, keynote speaker, podcast host, and certified professional coach are just a few of the hats Sid likes to wear. He brings a successful track record and decades of experience leading and inspiring sales teams in the office furniture industry. When he’s not out shaking up the world, you’ll find him kicked back with his family enjoying a college football game (Roll Tide Roll!) and a glass of good red wine.

Erin Torres
Marketing Director
An emotional marketing strategist with 20 years of furniture experience, Erin has helped weave the new Thinkspace brand. Erin loves to tell stories creatively, beyond just the written word. She lives in Boston, Massachusetts with her husband and 6 children.

Pavlin Kenanov
Director of Logistics
Overseeing the shipment of over thousands of booths each year from Poland to the U.S. would be daunting for most but not for Pav, our Head of Logistics. He brings over 17 years of global logistics and supply chain experience to the team. A champion of efficiencies and bringing order to chaos is his superpower. When he’s not busy saving the supply chains for Thinkspace you’ll find him out in the backyard with his favorite beverage barbequing for his friends and family in Norwich, England where he lives.

Lamar Sanders
Sr. Technical and Installation Manager
When it comes to the nuts and bolts, pieces, and parts of your Hushoffice – Think Lamar. He has been managing the installations of acoustic pods and office furniture systems for over 20 years. He knows his stuff when it comes to the technical side of our business. Your next project will be worry free with him along. When he’s not traveling the country making sure your Hush install is perfect, you’ll find him enjoying a game of slow-pitch softball where he resides in North Carolina.

Kevin Seelander
Regional Sales Manager
Need help landing that next big project in your area or developing a strategy for new business with Hushoffice? Kevin is your guy. He stays cool under pressure and is always ready to hop on a plane to win the deal with you. When he’s not out selling Hush, he enjoys hitting the slopes or lake for some skiing. Most of the time you’ll find him in Chicago where he resides, with a favorite koozie in hand checking out the local festivals in town with his friends and family.

Mindy Morris
Customer Success Manager
Mindy has been in the office furniture industry for 13 years and has held a variety of roles at various dealerships including Contract & Office Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Ancillary Bid Specialist and most recently Federal Government Account Manager with SKG, a MillerKnoll dealer located in Austin, TX. Mindy resides in the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex.

Whitney Hargrave
Sales Specialist, West
Interested in Hush on the West Coast? Call Whitney! She has four years of contract furniture experience. Whitney owns a hobby farm with many animals: horses, mules, dogs, and guinea pigs. She loves spending time outdoors with her husband and two kids. With some roots in the west, Whitney is excited to cover this territory!

Claire Boyle
Logistics Administrator
Claire works behind the scenes to make sure every Hush Pod leaving Poland reaches our customers on time and damage free. It’s no easy task but with her faithful pup Toad by her side she makes it all happen from Norwich England where she resides. On the side she dabbles in 3-D animation, writing prose and tutor students in English Literature.
