Dealer Incentive Program Terms & Conditions

Eligibility
Open only to authorized dealers in good standing and allow individuals to participate in dealer incentive programs. The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility and reject participation at its discretion. Dealer salespeople must tag recipients on purchase orders for the order to be eligible. Dealers may only participate in one of the following programs: Dealer Salesperson Incentive Program OR Dealer SPIFF

Program Period
Incentive eligibility applies only to purchases or activities completed that ship between 1 January, 2026 and 31 December, 2026.

Qualified Sales
Only approved products and verified, fully paid sales will count toward incentives. Parts, accessories, and freight are excluded from this incentive program.
Orders placed with a discount of over 65% will not be applied to the program, unless otherwise agreed.

Incentive Payouts
Dealers must be current on all financial obligations to receive payment, and individuals participating in the program must have dealership approval prior to participating. Any dealerships that will not allow payout to individuals participating in the program can have an alternative solution for payout and that will be at the discretion of Thinkspace. Dealer salespeople will only be eligible for the highest tier they achieve, not all tiers they pass.

Compliance Requirements
Participants must comply with all applicable laws, including anti-bribery, anti-corruption, fair competition, and data privacy regulations. Dealers are responsible for ensuring their employees and agents act in accordance with these requirements. Incentives may not be used to improperly influence purchasing decisions.

Taxes
Dealers are responsible for any taxes associated with incentive payments.

Program Changes
The Company may modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice. Changes do not affect incentives already earned.

Final Authority
By participating, dealers acknowledge that the Company’s decisions regarding eligibility, qualification, and incentive calculation are final and binding.
